In this drawing, the garden and the house belongs to the mother of van Gogh's mistress, Clasina (Sien) Hoornik.
The drawing is beautiful, however, though the drawing of lines, web of planes and angles are well drawn it does not feel like van Gogh have any connection with the location because at that time van Gogn was experimenting with a gridded frame to help him practice perspectives.
