On March 13, 2010, my friends and I decided to attend the Pomona Art Walk. We arrived at 6:15 pm and found parking right in front of the dA gallery.                      Theme of the Gallery--v
I was really looking forward to another  new experience with art.  The dA gallery was again the "Hot" spot of the whole Pomona art gallery.
They were very generous with their snacks and sure enough the arts works were amazing as well. They served cupcakes, potatoes chips, wine, cheese, and vegetable platter. Each plate of food was just laid out across one table and the bare. After a few small plates I went back to admiring the arts.
The dA gallery theme this time around is called Looking at Blue or... No 5 Rich Caughman. This is his 5th annual show at the dA. The theme actually mean when said "Looking at Blue" the artist Caughman commented on how he want to inspired positive thinking because of all the challenges everyone faces today. Caughman want to fight back by giving others optimism and kindness through the paintings. Some of his work at the dA gallery would be defined with the bold colors and extreme designs. While there are other paintings that is subtle and introspective.
